§ 111140 Water Vending Machine Fees

The department shall charge and collect a fee for each department evaluation required to issue a new license for a water-vending machine model or a retail water facility to determine compliance with standards established by this article. The fee shall be three hundred dollars ($300) and shall be adjusted annually as required by Section 100425. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
