§ 110030 Food And Drug Sales

The provisions of this part regarding the selling of any food, drug, device, or cosmetic include, but are not limited to, all of the following: (a)  The manufacture, production, processing, and packing of any food, drug, device, or cosmetic. (b)  The exhibition, offer, possession, or holding of any food, drug, device, or cosmetic for sale, dispensing, giving, supplying, or applying in the conduct of any establishment. (c)  The sale, dispensing, giving, supplying, or applying of any food, drug, device, or cosmetic in the conduct of any establishment. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
