§ 108290 Trade Secret Protection Prohibition

The use by any person to his or her own advantage, or revealing other than to the department or any agent of the department or to the courts when relevant in any judicial proceeding under this chapter, of any information acquired under authority of this chapter concerning any method of process that as a trade secret is entitled to protection is prohibited. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.)
