§ 104551 Cigar Manufacturer Definition

For purposes of this article, “manufacturer” means any person, including any repacker or relabeler, who manufactures, fabricates, assembles, processes, or labels a finished cigar. (Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 693, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2000.)
