§ 104480 Regulatory Exemption Guidelines

All guidelines, criteria, standards, and requirements specified in this article are exempt from the requirements of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, and shall be implemented without being adopted as regulations. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.)
