§ 100565 Department Reimbursement Flexibility

No provision of this article shall be construed to prohibit the department from providing under any contract entered into under this article for reimbursement on the basis of negotiated rates, capitation, fee-for-service, or any other method designed to reduce administrative costs. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.)
