§ 7140 District Powers And Authority

The district may exercise the powers expressly granted in this part or in any other law or necessarily implied therefrom. The district has the power generally to perform all acts necessary to carry out fully the provisions, powers and purposes of this part. (Added by Stats. 1959, Ch. 1598.)
