§ 6044 District Formation Completion

The clerk of the board of supervisors shall file the certificate in his or her office and from the filing of the certificate of the Secretary of State in the office of the clerk of the board of supervisors, the formation of the district is complete. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 221, Sec. 61. Effective January 1, 2003.)
