§ 4101 County Bond Pre-Vote Expenses

Prior to the voting of bonds, the board may in all work under this chapter, incur, permit to accrue, audit, approve and pay any demand, debt or obligation against the county in a sum not to exceed five thousand dollars in the aggregate. (Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
