§ 4041 Harbor Commission Appointment Rules

The harbor commission shall consist of five members, each of whom, at the time of his appointment, is and has been for two years a bona fide resident, elector, and freeholder of the county. The commissioners shall be appointed to serve for the term of four years, and until their successors are appointed and qualified, and any vacancy shall be filled by appointment by the board of supervisors. (Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.)
