§ 3902 Harbor And Seawall Funds

• •Four separate funds are created for harbor‑related work.
• •Each fund has its own purpose (bond sinking, seawall, small craft harbor bonds, and harbor improvements).
• •All the money is kept in the State Treasury until it is needed for the projects.

The city of San Francisco needs to repair a part of its seawall.

The money for that repair comes from the "Fifth San Francisco Seawall Fund" that the law created, so the city can use those funds instead of borrowing from other sources.
