§ 38 Rulemaking Procedures Compliance

The adoption, repeal, amendment, or modification of any rules and regulations pursuant to this division shall be made in accordance with Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 454, Sec. 89.)
