§ 1136 Pilot Financial Reporting Requirements

A harbor pilot helps a cargo ship enter the port and gets paid $2,000 for the job.

The pilot has to first take the required oath, then each month fill out the board’s form and list that $2,000 (and any other money they earned) so the board knows exactly what they were paid.
