• •Only two special groups (Senate and Assembly Rules Committees) can decide what the Legislature needs, and no one else can change that unless they agree.
• •The Department of General Services has to do whatever the Legislature asks to keep their offices running smoothly.

If the Legislature says they need more printers in their offices, the Department of General Services has to make sure they get them.

The law says the Department of General Services must provide whatever the Legislature asks for to keep their offices working. So, if the Legislature wants more printers, they have to get them.
