§ 9115 Legislative Office Facility Financing

Key Takeaways

  • •The law says the government needs more office space near the main building (State Capitol) for lawmakers to work better.
  • •They want to buy or build these offices in a way that saves money and time.
  • •They plan to check what they really need now and in the future before spending money.
  • •They want to skip unnecessary delays to save money when getting these offices.

Example

Imagine your school is too crowded, and the teachers need more rooms to work. The school wants to build new rooms quickly but also make sure they don’t waste money.

This law is like that—it says the government needs more offices for lawmakers, wants to do it fast, and wants to spend money wisely.
