§ 8820 Public Broadcasting Policy Development

The commission shall develop and support a statewide policy to encourage the orderly growth and development of public broadcasting service responsive to the informational, cultural, and educational needs of the people of California. (Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1227.)
