§ 8135 Commission Secretary And Staff

The commission shall appoint a secretary who may be one of its members and may employ such employees as it deems necessary to carry out its functions under this chapter. It may also incur necessary expenses to effectuate its purposes. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1365.)
