§ 68656 Commission Governance Under Nonprofit Law

The commission shall be subject to the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law (Part 2 (commencing with Section 5110) of Division 2 of Title 1 of the Corporations Code). To the extent of any conflict between this chapter and the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, this chapter shall prevail. (Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 34, Sec. 7. (SB 133) Effective June 30, 2023.)
