§ 58101 Landowner Exclusion Requests

• •If you own land in a new district, you can ask to leave it out.
• •You have to write down your request and give it to the people in charge.
• •You can ask to leave out all or just part of your land.

A farmer owns land in a new water district but doesn’t want to be part of it.

The farmer can write a request to the people in charge and ask to keep their land out of the district.
