§ 57200 Certificate Of Completion Filing

Key Takeaways

  • •The boss (executive officer) has to sign a paper saying everything is done when the commission finishes all its work.
  • •This paper is only signed after all the steps are done, like checking requests and finishing meetings.
  • •If a city gets new land for a special lighting or landscaping area, the boss must tell the person in charge of that area.

Example

A city wants to add a new park with special lights and plants to a neighborhood.

After the city finishes all the meetings and checks all the rules, the boss signs a paper saying it’s all done. Then, they tell the person who takes care of the park’s lights and plants about the new area.
