§ 55307 Sewer Connection Permissions

If a city or sanitary district, grants permission for the construction and maintenance of sewers, it may connect its sewer and those of its inhabitants with the sewers constructed, and use such sewers, pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 1. (Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
