§ 55080 Joint Conduit Agreements

When the legislative bodies of two or more local agencies determine and adopt a resolution declaring that it will be for the interest or advantage of the local agencies to do so, the legislative bodies, may enter an agreement authorizing and providing for the joint construction and maintenance of conduits in the streets or other public places of either of the local agencies. (Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
