§ 53851 Local Agency Borrowing Powers

The powers conferred by this article are in addition to and an alternative to any power conferred by any other law for borrowing by a local agency and any amount borrowed hereunder shall not be considered in any limitation on the amount which may be borrowed by any such local agency under any other law. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 748.)
