§ 50883 Pension Termination Conditions

Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, the payment of a pension or benefit to the recipient shall cease. The recipient is: (a) Convicted of a felony. (b) Becomes a habitual drunkard. (c) Becomes a nonresident of this State. (d) Fails to report for examination for duty unless excused by the board. (e) Disobeys the requirements of the board as to the examination or duty. (Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 81.)
