§ 50596 Local Maintenance Cost Sharing

The legislative body in its discretion may, in the ordinance of intention or at any subsequent time, order that a portion of the costs and expenses of the maintenance shall be paid out of the treasury of the local agency from such fund as the legislative body may designate and the amount of such payment shall be so specified. (Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1503.)
