§ 32262 Board Meeting Quorum Rules

• •Most of the board members must be there to make decisions.
• •At least two or three members need to be present for anything to get done.
• •If not enough members show up, no official business can happen.

A school board meeting to decide on new rules for field trips.

If the board has 5 members, at least 3 must be at the meeting to vote on the new rules. If only 1 or 2 show up, they can’t make any decisions.
