§ 31526 Retirement Board Administrative Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •The board must have clear rules for how they pick leaders, how long they serve, and how meetings are run.
  • •Every member must share personal details like their birth date, job history, and pay—either by filling out a form themselves or having their boss send it in.
  • •The board decides what forms to use for things like retirement papers.

Example

A new person joins a county retirement board.

They have to fill out a form with their birth date, job details, and salary, or their boss can send this info instead. This helps the board keep track of everyone’s work history and pay.
