§ 25384 County Jail Transfer Authority

All persons adjudged guilty of an offense punishable by imprisonment in the county jail, may be confined in such jail located in another county to the same extent as if it were located in the county having jurisdiction of the offense. (Added by Stats. 1947, Ch. 424.)
