§ 23338 County Boundary Change Requests

Written requests for exclusion from, or inclusion in, the proposed county of any territory contiguous to the boundary of the proposed county may be filed with the commission by any registered elector of the territory. Such a request shall contain sufficient information to identify the territory for which the exclusion or inclusion is sought. (Amended by Stats. 1979, Ch. 370.)
