§ 22770 Domestic Partner Eligibility

“Domestic partner” means an adult in a domestic partnership, as defined in Section 22771, with an employee or annuitant of an employer subject to this part, who is eligible for enrollment pursuant to Section 22818. (Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 69, Sec. 22. Effective June 24, 2004.)
