§ 21110 Partial Service Retirement Worktime

It is the intent of the Legislature that reduced worktime for partial service retirement may, at the discretion of a public agency employer, be made available to public agency employees eligible pursuant to Section 21111 who do not desire to work standard working hours on a full-time basis. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 379, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 1996.)
