§ 18952 Employee Appeal Confidentiality Rights

Any employee who feels aggrieved at any action taken by any superior or fellow employee in discouraging or in any manner hindering or preventing him from taking any examination or any other action which he deems beneficial to himself may appeal to the board in writing. Any such appeal or communication in connection therewith is confidential and shall not be disclosed without the consent of the employee taking such appeal. Immediately after receiving such appeal the board shall investigate and shall take such action as it deems necessary. (Added by Stats. 1945, Ch. 123.)
