§ 14707 State Garage Sacramento Sale

Key Takeaways

  • •The state owns some land in Sacramento, like the State Garage on L Street and some lots on Fifth Street.
  • •This land is supposed to be used for state stuff, like government work.
  • •The state can sell some or all of this land if they think it’s a good idea for the state.

Example

Imagine the state owns an old parking garage downtown that they don’t really need anymore.

If the state thinks selling the garage would help them get money or do something better, they can sell it to someone else.
