§ 1341 Governor Officer Commissions

The commissions of all officers commissioned by the Governor shall be issued in the name of the people of the State. They shall be signed by the Governor and attested by the Secretary of State, under the Great Seal. (Enacted by Stats. 1943, Ch. 134.)
