§ 12802 Natural Resources Agency Succession

Key Takeaways

  • •The Natural Resources Agency now has all the jobs and powers that the old Resources Agency used to have.
  • •The boss of the Natural Resources Agency now has all the jobs and powers that the old boss of the Resources Agency used to have.

Example

Imagine if your school’s principal retired and a new principal took over. The new principal would now be in charge of all the things the old principal used to do, like making school rules and deciding what happens during assemblies.

This law is like that. The Natural Resources Agency is the new boss, and it takes over all the jobs the old Resources Agency had. The head of this new agency also gets all the old head’s jobs.
