§ 12473 Employee Pay Period Changes

• •If the state changes how often you get paid, they must tell you first.
• •They have to give you a warning at least 60 days before the change happens.
• •The warning must be in the way the Controller (a state official) says to do it.

You work for the state and get paid every two weeks. The state wants to change it to once a month.

The state must send you a notice at least 60 days before the change. They can't just switch it without telling you first.
