§ 11528 Administrative Oath Authority

In any proceedings under this chapter any agency, agency member, secretary of an agency, hearing reporter, or administrative law judge has power to administer oaths and affirmations and to certify to official acts. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 324, Sec. 25.)
