§ 11370 Administrative Procedure Act

Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340), Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11370), Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11400), and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) constitute, and may be cited as, the Administrative Procedure Act. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 938, Sec. 16.5. Effective January 1, 1996. Operative July 1, 1997, by Sec. 98 of Ch. 938.)
