§ 11292 State Funds Accounting Rules

• •Money collected from certain services must be reported to the Controller every month.
• •The Controller will tell them when to send the money to the Treasury.
• •The money goes back to the fund that paid for the services.

A government office charges fees for issuing permits.

At the end of each month, they must tell the Controller how much money they collected from these fees. The Controller will then tell them to send this money to the Treasury, and it will be added back to the budget that covers the cost of issuing permits.
