§ 10237 Judicial Legislative Drafting Assistance

The Legislative Counsel shall prepare or assist in the preparation or amendment of legislative measures at the written suggestion of any judge of the Supreme Court, the courts of appeal, or of the superior courts of the state. (Amended by Stats. 1967, Ch. 17.)
