§ 31154 License Issuance Requirements

Whenever any application for a license has been approved and all conditions precedent to the issuance of such license have been fulfilled, the commissioner shall issue a license to the applicant. (Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1064, Sec. 648. Effective January 1, 1997. Operative July 1, 1997.)
