§ 8831 Trawl Net Mesh Size

It is unlawful for any person to use any trawl net with meshes which are less than 41/2 inches in length except as provided in this article or as provided by federal groundfish regulations adopted pursuant to the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act (16 U.S.C., Sec. 1801 et seq.). (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1048, Sec. 12. Effective September 26, 1983.)
