§ 8605 Fish Recovery In Floodwaters

The department or any person authorized by it may use any net or other appliance in any district for the purpose of recovering fish from overflowed areas or landlocked sloughs or ponds where they have been left isolated by receding streams or floodwaters. (Enacted by Stats. 1957, Ch. 456.)
