§ 4750 Bear Hunting Tag Requirement

• •You can't hunt a bear without a special tag that says you can.
• •You can use a gun, bow and arrow, or some traps to hunt a bear, but only if you have the tag.
• •You can't use traps made of iron, steel, or any metal to catch a bear.

If you go into the woods and try to hunt a bear with a gun, but you don't have the special tag.

You will be breaking the law because you need the tag to hunt a bear, even if you have a gun.
