§ 2790 Fund Expenditure Reporting

Each agency receiving money from the fund pursuant to Section 2787 shall report to the board on or before July 1 of each year the amount of money that was expended and the purposes for which the money was expended. The board shall prescribe the information in the agencies reports that it determines is necessary to carry out the requirements of Section 2791. (Added June 5, 1990, by initiative Proposition 117.)
