Key Takeaways

  • •The department can deny a guide license if the applicant didn't fulfill responsibilities to a client.
  • •The department can deny a guide license if the applicant broke the code or let others break it when they could have stopped it.
  • •This rule applies to anyone seeking a guide license.

Example

A tour guide who lets visitors break park rules and doesn't stop them, or a guide who ignores a client's safety problem.
