§ 13001 Wildlife Conservation Fund Allocation

(a) Unless otherwise provided, all money collected under the provisions of this code and of any other law relating to the protection and preservation of birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, or amphibia shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Fish and Game Preservation Fund. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Controller may use the Fish and Game Preservation Fund for loans to the General Fund as provided in Sections 16310 and 16381 of the Government Code. (Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 751, Sec. 18. Effective September 30, 2008.)
