§ 4573 Child Support Payment Forwarding

If support is ordered to be paid through the local child support agency on behalf of a child not receiving public assistance pursuant to the Family Economic Security Act of 1982 (Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 11200) of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Welfare and Institutions Code), the local child support agency shall forward the support received pursuant to this chapter to the custodial parent or other person having care or control of the child or children involved. (Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 808, Sec. 47. Effective September 28, 2000.)
