§ 20014 Unrepresented Party Notice

The clerk shall stamp all moving papers in which a party is not represented by counsel with a notice of a requirement to see the Family Law Evaluator. The unrepresented party shall serve the stamped pleadings on the other party. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 219, Sec. 210. Effective January 1, 1994.)
