§ 17302 Child Support Director Duties

The director shall do all of the following: (a) Be responsible for the management of the department. (b) Administer all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the administration of child support enforcement obligations. (c) Perform all duties as may be prescribed by law, and any other administrative and executive duties imposed by law. (d) Observe, and report to the Governor, the Legislature, and the public on, the conditions of child support enforcement activities throughout the state pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 17602. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 480, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2000.)
